Hearty Chicken Corn Chowder
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 (15 ounce) cans cream-style corn
- 1 lb chicken breast, boneless skinless cubed
- 2 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 12 cup chopped onion
- 12 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 13 cup salsa
- salt and pepper
- black olives, chopped (garnish)
- Combine all ingredients except salt, pepper and olives in slow cooker; cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle each serving with olives.
