Marinated Brussel Sprouts Recipe
- 1 pound brussel sprouts
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 3 tbsp. sliced green onion
- 1 teaspoon dry dill
- 2 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Cut brussel spouts in half lengthwise and cook in small amount of boiling water for 5 min.
- Drain well.
- Cold.
- For marinade, stir together the vinegar, oil, garlic, green onion, dill, honey, salt and pepper.
- Gently stir in brussel sprouts.
- Cover and marinate several hrs or possibly overnight, stirring occasionally.
- Drain brussel spouts before serving.
- Serves 6.
- May use 2 pkgs.
