Ham quiche
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 Monterey jack cheese
- 2 cup Ham Cut up..as much as you like
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 fresh mushrooms chopped
- 1 Green pepper or pepper of your choice
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 1 deep dish pie crust
- 1 Swiss cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 dash of nutmeg
- Saute onion, mushrooms, green pepper till cooked down a bit add salt pepper.
- Mix cream and eggs and cheese separate bowl the add ham and saute mixture and mix.
- Pour in pie she'll and top with more swiss cheese.

- Bake 350 for 45min
