Burmuelos For Passover Recipe

  1. Soak matzos in water for 10 min till soft.
  2. Put in a colander to drain and set aside.
  3. Beat Large eggs well in a large bowl.
  4. Squeeze all liquid out of the matzos and add in to the Large eggs.
  5. Beat the mix well.
  6. Heat oil (about 2 inches) in a frying pan.
  7. With a large spoon, drop into warm oil.
  8. Turn once oe twice till golden.
  9. Drain on paper towels.
  10. Serve warm with honey, jam or possibly syrup.
  11. These are delicious for passover breakfast.
