Burmuelos For Passover Recipe
- 8 x Matzos
- 4 x Large eggs Vegetable Oil for frying
- Soak matzos in water for 10 min till soft.
- Put in a colander to drain and set aside.
- Beat Large eggs well in a large bowl.
- Squeeze all liquid out of the matzos and add in to the Large eggs.
- Beat the mix well.
- Heat oil (about 2 inches) in a frying pan.
- With a large spoon, drop into warm oil.
- Turn once oe twice till golden.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with honey, jam or possibly syrup.
- These are delicious for passover breakfast.
