Low Fat Mocha Cream Shortcakes

  1. Pour milk into large bowl.
  2. Add flavored instant coffee.
  3. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute.
  4. Add pudding mix; beat an additional minute.
  5. Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping.
  6. Split each ladyfinger segment horizontally in half.
  7. Place bottom half of one segment, cut side up, on each of 8 dessert plates.
  8. Spoon pudding mixture evenly over ladyfinger segments on plates; cover each with top half of ladyfinger segment, cut side down.
  9. Top with dollops of remaining whipped topping.
  10. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  11. Serve immediately.
