Low Fat Mocha Cream Shortcakes
- 1 cup cold fat-free milk
- 1/4 cup
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding
- 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping, divided
- 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) ladyfingers, split into 3-finger segments
- 1/3 cup chocolate syrup
- Pour milk into large bowl.
- Add flavored instant coffee.
- Beat with wire whisk 1 minute.
- Add pudding mix; beat an additional minute.
- Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping.
- Split each ladyfinger segment horizontally in half.
- Place bottom half of one segment, cut side up, on each of 8 dessert plates.
- Spoon pudding mixture evenly over ladyfinger segments on plates; cover each with top half of ladyfinger segment, cut side down.
- Top with dollops of remaining whipped topping.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
- Serve immediately.
