Lasagna 1
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
- 1/2 lb. mild bulk sausage
- 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 (12 oz.) carton Ricotta cheese
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Cook noodles according to package directions, omitting salt and drain.
- Brown sausage and hamburger; drain.
- Stir in spaghetti sauce; set aside.
- Combine egg, Ricotta cheese, parsley, oregano, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
- Spread 1/2 cup meat sauce in lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.
- Layer 1/2 of noodles, 1/2 of Ricotta cheese mixture, 1/2 Mozzarella cheese and 1/3 of remaining meat sauce.
- Repeat layers using equal amounts.
- Arrange mushrooms and pepperoni on top.
- Spoon remaining sauce on top.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake another 5 minutes.
