- 1 package Flank Steak
- 2 cans (10 3/4 Oz.) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Salad Dressing

- Cut the flank steak in very, very thin slices at an angle.
- 2.
- Marinate the meat in 1 cup of Italian salad dressing for at least 4 hours (its better overnight, though).
- 3.
- Put the meat in a large skillet or wide pot and cook on low heat until no longer pink.
- The meat will produce a lot of liquid.
- 4.
- Add the mushroom soup and turn the heat up a little so that it will lightly boil.
- Stir and be careful not to let it burn.
- 5.
- After it lightly boils, simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add more water if needed.
- 6.
- Serve over mashed potatoes!
