Slimming World Friendly Spiced Quorn Tagine (Can Be Substituted

  1. Fry the onion garlic and ginger in low fat cooking spray until soft, add the cumin, paprika, chilli powder and cook for 1 minute .
  2. Add the Quorn or chicken and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Tip in tomatoes, the butternut squash, dates and the vegetable stock, tuck in the cinnamon stick and simmer for 1 hour.
  4. Stir through coriander before serving.
