Pop-Pop's Chili

  1. Heat oil in small dutch oven and saute onion, garlic and meat until meat is no longer pink.
  2. Drain any fat from the pan.
  3. Add seasonings, then beans and tomato sauce.
  4. Cook on low (simmering) about 1/2 hour.
  5. Serve with grated cheese for topping.
