Sweet And Sour Spareribs Recipe
- 3 to 4 pounds pork spareribs
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- Cut ribs into serving size pcs.
- Add in vinegar and water to cover.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer one hour.
- Drain.
- Combine soy sauce, sugar, and pepper to make a marinade.
- Pour over the ribs, turning frequently to coat each piece.
- Remove ribs from pot, shake in a brown paper bag with flour.
- Brown ribs with oil in a skillet.
- Place in a casserole dish.
- Pour over with sweet and sour sauce.
- Bake in a 350
