Sweet And Sour Spareribs Recipe

  1. Cut ribs into serving size pcs.
  2. Add in vinegar and water to cover.
  3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer one hour.
  4. Drain.
  5. Combine soy sauce, sugar, and pepper to make a marinade.
  6. Pour over the ribs, turning frequently to coat each piece.
  7. Remove ribs from pot, shake in a brown paper bag with flour.
  8. Brown ribs with oil in a skillet.
  9. Place in a casserole dish.
  10. Pour over with sweet and sour sauce.
  11. Bake in a 350
