Vegetable Canapes

  1. Beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Stir in next 5 ingredients.
  2. Set aside. Cut two 1 3/4-inch rounds from each bread slice.
  3. Keep bread covered with damp towels while assembling. Spread each bread round with 1 teaspoon cream cheese mixture. Top with assorted vegetables and watercress as desired.
  4. Yields 32 canapes.
