Larb Moo
- 200 grams pork ,fillet ,minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tbsp ground hot pepper
- 6 fresh birdeyes chili
- 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tbsp ground roasted rice
- 1 bunch each spring onion and mints
- 2 shallots
- Finely chopped fillet,or use store bought minced pork ..cook with little water in pan ,let cool in mixing bowl
- Chop spring onion,slice shallots,mints and lime
- Mix everything in mixing bowl softly,serve with fresh vegetables as spicy salad ..another secret ingredients i'm not mentioned in the list ,FYI it is Thai anchovies or fermented fish ..i use only the juice from fish a teaspoon drops ,you will get the authentic touch like you are in here :)
