Lindsay's Poppy Seed Vinaigrette Dressing

• 1 cup raw honey
• 2 teaspoons dry mustard
• 2 cups unrefined oil
• 8 teaspoons poppy seeds
• 1 cup cider vinegar
• 3 tablespoons minced onions
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon lemon, rind of, grated

1. Combine and blend well.
