AMIEs Crispy FRIED FISH

  1. Heat oil in a large saucepan.
  2. Fry the fish for 2-3 minutes on either side or until light golden brown and crispy.
  3. Remove the pan from heat.
  4. Remove the fish from oil with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper.
  5. Serve best with hot white rice.
