AMIEs Crispy FRIED FISH
- 300 grams any freshwater fish
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- Heat oil in a large saucepan.
- Fry the fish for 2-3 minutes on either side or until light golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the pan from heat.
- Remove the fish from oil with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper.
- Serve best with hot white rice.
