Asparagus & Pimento

  1. Rinse asparagus and snap off tough ends.
  2. In a large skillet bring water to boil and add asparagus.
  3. Cover and steam until bright grean, 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat, drain and arrange on a platter.
  5. Sprinkle with juice; garmish with pimento and pine nuts.
  6. Serve warm or chilled.
