Nicoise Tuna Rolls
- 3 qt. Canned solid white tuna, drained, flaked
- 2 cups Pure Kraft Refrigerated Asiago Caesar Dressing, divided
- 16 each Hoagie or submarine rolls, split
- 128 slices plum tomatoes, halved, sliced
- 3 cups French green beans, blanched
- 2 cups pitted Kalamata olives
- 2 cups crispy potato straws
- For each serving: Mix 3/4 cup (175 mL) tuna lightly with 1 Tbsp.
- (15 mL) dressing.
- Fill 1 roll with tuna mixture, 1.5 oz.
- (45 g) tomatoes, 1 oz.
- (30 g) green beans and 0.5 oz (15 g) each olives and potato straws.
- Drizzle with 1 Tbsp.
- (15 mL) dressing.
