Hazel`s pizza crust

  1. Mix water, oil, and yeast together and set aside.
  2. Mix flour, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.
  3. Add the water, oil, and, yeast mixture to the four, salt and sugar mix.
  4. Mix well with a wooden spoon.
  5. Place the bowl in a cool oven, or other place with out a draft for about 2 hours.
  6. Should double in size.
  7. kneed gently (add flour or water if needed).
  8. Then spread evenly/thinly over a pizza pan.
  9. Spray with oil poke small holes in dough.
  10. Then top with your choice of toppings.
  11. bake at 400F for 20 min.
  12. left over dough can be used as bead sticks or cinnamon sticks.
  13. lay out like a pizza on a cookie sheet then to with cheese and spice for bead sticks or cinnamon sugar and butter for cinnamon sticks.
