Hazel`s pizza crust
- 1 1/3 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 packages dry active yeast
- 3 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp sugar
- Mix water, oil, and yeast together and set aside.
- Mix flour, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.
- Add the water, oil, and, yeast mixture to the four, salt and sugar mix.
- Mix well with a wooden spoon.
- Place the bowl in a cool oven, or other place with out a draft for about 2 hours.
- Should double in size.
- kneed gently (add flour or water if needed).
- Then spread evenly/thinly over a pizza pan.
- Spray with oil poke small holes in dough.
- Then top with your choice of toppings.
- bake at 400F for 20 min.
- left over dough can be used as bead sticks or cinnamon sticks.
- lay out like a pizza on a cookie sheet then to with cheese and spice for bead sticks or cinnamon sugar and butter for cinnamon sticks.
