Drop Sugar Cookies Recipe

• 1 c. shortening or possibly butter
• 2 Large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 1/4 c. flour
• 1 1/2 c. sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt

1. Cream shortening and sugar well.
2. Add in Large eggs and vanilla.
3. Stir in dry ingredients.
4. Drop by tsp.
5. or possibly make in balls on ungreased cookie sheets.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min.
7. Makes 6-8 dozen.
8. Icing and decorate if you like.
