Margarita Melon Wedges
- 1/4 cups Water
- 3 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
- 2 ounces, fluid Tequila
- 2 ounces, fluid Triple Sec
- 1 Seedless Watermelon
- Salt
- 1 Lime, Wedged
- In a medium sauce pan, boil water, sugar, tequila, and triple sec until sugar is dissolved.
- Reduce liquid by 1/4, then chill in the refrigerator.
- Cut watermelon into wedges and place in a shallow bowl.
- Pour chilled liquid over the watermelon and sprinkle with salt.
- Serve cold with lime wedges to be squeezed over the watermelon before eating.
