Margarita Melon Wedges

  1. In a medium sauce pan, boil water, sugar, tequila, and triple sec until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Reduce liquid by 1/4, then chill in the refrigerator.
  3. Cut watermelon into wedges and place in a shallow bowl.
  4. Pour chilled liquid over the watermelon and sprinkle with salt.
  5. Serve cold with lime wedges to be squeezed over the watermelon before eating.
