Cordon Bleu-Stuffed Chicken Breasts

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Bring water and margarine to boil in medium saucepan.
  3. Stir in stuffing mix; cover.
  4. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.
  5. Place chicken, top sides down, on cutting board; top with ham, cheese and stuffing.
  6. Starting at one short end, tightly roll up each breast.
  7. Place, seam sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; drizzle with dressing.
  8. Bake 35 to 40 min.
  9. or until chicken is done (165F).
