Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

  2. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Cover a broiler pan with foil and spray the foil with nonstick spray.

  4. In a shallow dish, combine the flour with 1/2 teaspoon salt and some pepper.
  5. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with some salt and pepper.
  6. In another dish, combine the bread crumbs, cheese, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.

  8. Dredge the pork chops in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the bread crumb mixture.
  9. Place the dredged chops on a rimmed baking sheet or baking dish.

  11. Bake the pork chops for 15 minutes, flip them over, and cook for another 5 minutes.

  13. Switch the oven to broil and cook for another 5-10 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
