Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops
- 3 Tablespoons All-purpose Flour
- Salt And Pepper
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cups Plain Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- 4 whole (about 5 Oz. Size) Boneless Pork Chops

- Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Cover a broiler pan with foil and spray the foil with nonstick spray.

- In a shallow dish, combine the flour with 1/2 teaspoon salt and some pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with some salt and pepper.
- In another dish, combine the bread crumbs, cheese, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
- 3.
- Dredge the pork chops in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the bread crumb mixture.
- Place the dredged chops on a rimmed baking sheet or baking dish.
- 4.
- Bake the pork chops for 15 minutes, flip them over, and cook for another 5 minutes.
- 5.
- Switch the oven to broil and cook for another 5-10 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
