Sirloin Stroganoff
- 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- 1 1/2 cups mushroom
- 1 onion
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can (10 oz / 284 mL) beef broth
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1 pkg. (375 g) medium egg noodles
- Just follow our 3 simple steps
- Brown 1 lb.
- boneless sirloin steak cut into thin strips with 1-1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms and 1 chopped onion in 2 Tbsp.
- butter.
- Add 2 Tbsp.
- flour and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Gradually stir in 1 can (10 fl oz / 284 mL) beef broth, 1/4 cup water and 1/2 tsp.
- Worcestershire Sauce.
- Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 cup light sour cream.
- Cook 1 pkg.
- (375 g) Primo Medium Egg Noodles according to package directions; drain.
- Top noodles with meat mixture and serve immediately.
