Sirloin Stroganoff

  1. Just follow our 3 simple steps
  2. Brown 1 lb.
  3. boneless sirloin steak cut into thin strips with 1-1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms and 1 chopped onion in 2 Tbsp.
  4. butter.
  5. Add 2 Tbsp.
  6. flour and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  7. Gradually stir in 1 can (10 fl oz / 284 mL) beef broth, 1/4 cup water and 1/2 tsp.
  8. Worcestershire Sauce.
  9. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  10. Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 cup light sour cream.
  11. Cook 1 pkg.
  12. (375 g) Primo Medium Egg Noodles according to package directions; drain.
  13. Top noodles with meat mixture and serve immediately.
