Shiny Mane Cocktail

• 12 cup flax seed
• 1 apple (preferably of the sweeter kind)
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice

1. Blend seeds and chopped apple, then pour a cup of boiling water over it.
2. Add lemon juice when cooled down and drink :).
