Waffles with Caramel-Nut Sauce

  1. Heat waffle iron.
  2. Prepare waffle batter as directed on package; stir in dry pudding mix.
  3. Spray hot waffle iron with cooking spray.
  4. Pour batter into waffle iron, using about 1/3 cup for each waffle; cook until golden brown.
  5. Meanwhile, microwave caramels and water in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 min.
  6. or until caramels are completely melted, stirring every 30 sec.
  7. Add butter; stir until melted.
  8. Slice bananas; spoon over waffles.
  9. Top with caramel sauce and nuts.
