Blue Cheese Cake Recipe

  1. Butter an 8 inch springform pan and sprinkle bottom and sides with the cracker dust.
  2. Blend the cheeses, Large eggs, flour, salt, lowfat sour cream and salsa.
  3. Mix in onions; pour mix into pan and sprinkle with walnuts.
  4. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 1 hour.
  5. Cold and refrigerateovernight.
  6. Garnish with parsley and/or possibly other garnishes.
  7. Serve at room temperature on crackers, if you like.
