Spicy Catfish With Tropical Fruit Salsa

  1. Combine mango, cilantro, jalapeno and green onion in a bowl.
  2. Toss with lime juice and chill until ready to serve.
  3. Preheat the broiler.
  4. Combine garlic, salt, black and red pepper, paprika and oil in a small bowl.
  5. Place catfish fillets on a baking pan and coat with oil mixture.
  6. Broil until opaque in the center, 6 to 8 minutes.
  7. Serve with salsa.
