Scrambled Eggs

  1. Lightly coat nonstick pan with cooking spray; place over medium heat.
  2. Pour in egg substitute and season as desired with herbs or salt-free seasoning.
  3. When eggs begin to set, add cheese.
  4. Scramble until eggs are cooked through.
  5. Divide into 4 equal servings.
  6. Spread each toast slice with 1 tsp.
  7. each margarine and jelly; serve each person 1 slice toast and an orange alongside eggs.
  8. Complement each meal with an 8 fl oz cup of coffee.
