Scrambled Eggs
- 1-1/3 cups fat-free liquid egg substitute
- 4 slices KRAFT 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar Singles, torn into pieces
- 4 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
- 4 tsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
- 4 tsp. jam, jelly or preserves
- 4 medium oranges
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee, Regular or Decaf
- Lightly coat nonstick pan with cooking spray; place over medium heat.
- Pour in egg substitute and season as desired with herbs or salt-free seasoning.
- When eggs begin to set, add cheese.
- Scramble until eggs are cooked through.
- Divide into 4 equal servings.
- Spread each toast slice with 1 tsp.
- each margarine and jelly; serve each person 1 slice toast and an orange alongside eggs.
- Complement each meal with an 8 fl oz cup of coffee.
