Best Ever Rhubarb Pie Recipe

  1. Prepare the pie shell.
  2. In large bowl stir together the 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 c. flour, and nutmeg.
  3. Add in the Large eggs and blend well.
  4. Gently stir in the rhubarb.
  5. Turn the mix into pie shell.
  6. In a small bowl stir together the 1/2 c. flour and 1/4 c. sugar.
  7. Cut in butter till it resembles course crumbs.
  8. Sprinkle over top of pie.
  9. Cover crust edge with foil.
  10. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min.
  11. Remove foil.
  12. Bake 20 min more or possibly till topping is golden brown.
