Upside-Down Pizza
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 pkg. spaghetti sauce (thick and zesty)
- 1 (15 oz.) can Hunt's Special tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. mushrooms, chopped
- 1/3 c. green olives, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 can crescent rolls
- melted margarine
- Parmesan cheese
- Cook first 3 ingredients and drain.
- Add spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, mushrooms and green olives.
- Simmer 10 minutes.
- Put in large baking dish.
- Spread sour cream over this.
- Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over sour cream.
- Spread crescent rolls over top.
- Brush with melted margarine and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 until brown.
