Homemade Strawberry Daifuku

  1. Cut the strawberries into 2cm cubes.
  2. Sprinkle sugar (not listed).
  3. Put the shiratamako flour, sugar and water in a heatproof dish and mix well.
  4. Microwave on high for 1 and 1/2 minutes.
  5. Take out and beat well.
  6. Microwave for 1 minute again.
  7. Beat well and repeat this process twice.
  8. Transfer the dough into a large plate dusted with katakuriko.
  9. Divide the into 6 portions using kitchen scissors.
  10. Pat dry Step 1 with paper towels and stir in the adzuki beans.
  11. Do not squash the strawberries.
  12. Divide into 6 portions.
  13. Spread out Step 3, and place Step 4 into the spread out dough, wrap neatly and seal well.
  14. You can make these in 10 minutes once you get used to it.
  15. These are homemade strawberry daifuku.
