Spaghetti Carbonra Recipe

  1. Brown bacon in large heavy skillet or possibly wok over medium high heat till cooked, but not crisp.
  2. Pour off fat and set bacon aside.
  3. To same pan, add in oil, butter, garlic and ham.
  4. Saute/fry lightly over medium heat.
  5. Add in the cooked spaghetti, bacon, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
  6. Stir to mix well.
  7. Turn heat on low, pour the Large eggs over and toss quickly to coat the spaghetti proportionately with the Large eggs.
  8. Serve immediately.
  9. Serves 4-6 people.
  10. Hint: Cook the spaghetti noodles "al dente" (do not cook it to death!)
