Margaret's Jello

  1. In a double boiler, put jelly powder with 1 cup boiling water.
  2. Stir until dissolved.
  3. Pour in 1/4 cup pineapple juice and 3/4 package marshmallows in hot syrup; stir until syrupy.
  4. Add cottage cheese, whipped cream, pineapple and walnuts.
  5. Let set in fridge.
