Homemade porkshomai
- 1/4 kg ground pork
- 1 big carrot
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion
- 3 clove garlic
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 pinch salt to taste
- 1 packages molo wrapper or shomai wrapper or dumpling wrapper
- Prepare all the ingredients
- Minced andd combine
- Minced and combine the last ingredients
- Mix it well and add
- Put small amount in the wrapper and close it by twistting the edge of the wrapper (picture below) make as many as you can
- You can choose either you deep fry it or just simply steam it.. :) I choose to deep fry it .. i also make soysauce with chili pase and lemon juice
