Stir Fry Soy Chicken In 10 Minutes

  1. in pan dry fry curry leaves for 10 second then add oil and brown chicken with ginger and garlic
  2. add light soy sauce stir fry and coat evenly then in low heat cover lid for about 8 to 10 minute
  3. stir fry every 2 minute till chicken is cooked
  4. drain excess oil and serve
  5. ADDITIONAL OPTION BEFORE SERVING bake in oven at 200C for 5 minute then serve
