Stir Fry Soy Chicken In 10 Minutes
- 2 drumstick and wings
- 4 thumbs size ginger
- 6 clove garlic
- 4 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oil
- 10 dry curry leaves
- in pan dry fry curry leaves for 10 second then add oil and brown chicken with ginger and garlic
- add light soy sauce stir fry and coat evenly then in low heat cover lid for about 8 to 10 minute
- stir fry every 2 minute till chicken is cooked
- drain excess oil and serve
- ADDITIONAL OPTION BEFORE SERVING bake in oven at 200C for 5 minute then serve
