Low Cal Bean & Rice Burritos

  1. In microwaveable container, combine brown rice and tomato soup.
  2. Cook in microwave on high 3-5 minutes or until rice absorbs the soup.
  3. Let cool.
  4. Place tortilla on flat board.
  5. Spread 1/8 of refried beans on tortilla.
  6. Top with 1/4 cup rice, 1/4 cup lettuce, and 1 tablespoon onion.
  7. Roll up tortilla, tucking in both sides.
  8. Make 7 more.
