Roasted Green Beans with Peppers & Onions
- 1 lb. (450 g) fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 each red and yellow pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 large onion, cut into thin wedges King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/3 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Toss vegetables with dressing in large pan.
- Bake 30 min.
- or until vegetables are tender, stirring after 15 min.
- Sprinkle with cheese; bake 2 to 3 min.
- or until melted.
