Grilled Orange Roughy
- 6 orange roughy fillets (6 ounces each)
- 1 tbsp seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay)
- 2 tbsp butter, cubed
- Place 3 fillets on each of 2 double thickness of heavy duty foil (about 18" square).
- Sprinkle each with seasoning.
- Dot with butter.
- Fold foil around fish and seal tightly.
- Grill, covered, over medium high heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Open foil carefully to allow the steam to escape.
