Grilled Orange Roughy

  1. Place 3 fillets on each of 2 double thickness of heavy duty foil (about 18" square).
  2. Sprinkle each with seasoning.
  3. Dot with butter.
  4. Fold foil around fish and seal tightly.
  5. Grill, covered, over medium high heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Open foil carefully to allow the steam to escape.
  7. (Open the packet away from your face).
