BAKER'S Chocolate Rum Balls
- 1 pkg (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup each: ground almonds and icing sugar
- 1 tsp. Maxwell House Instant Coffee Original Roast
- 1/4 cup rum
- 3 oz. Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate
- chocolate sprinkles, toasted sliced almonds, chopped pecans, icing sugar or coconut
- BLEND cream cheese, almonds, icing sugar, coffee and rum; mix well.
- MELT chocolate in microwave on MEDIUM power for 2 minutes; stir until melted.
- Add to cream cheese mixture and roll into 1-inch (2.5 cm) balls.
- (Chill mixture if too soft to handle.)
- ROLL balls in sprinkles, almonds, pecans, icing sugar or coconut.
