BAKER'S Chocolate Rum Balls

  1. BLEND cream cheese, almonds, icing sugar, coffee and rum; mix well.
  2. MELT chocolate in microwave on MEDIUM power for 2 minutes; stir until melted.
  3. Add to cream cheese mixture and roll into 1-inch (2.5 cm) balls.
  4. (Chill mixture if too soft to handle.)
  5. ROLL balls in sprinkles, almonds, pecans, icing sugar or coconut.
