Oven Roasted Pineapple/Orange Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix juices together Rinse chicken, remove and discard any inside parts.
  3. Pat dry with paper towel.
  4. Spray a foil lined pan with cooking spray.
  5. Place chicken in Pan& spray with cooking spray.
  6. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder old bay seasonings& pepper.
  7. Pour juices over chicken.
  8. Place in oven.
  9. Bake 1 1/2-2hours until juices run clear.
  10. Basting about every 15 minutes with pan juices.
  11. 5 Servings.
