Doncellita

• 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (1 ounce), chilled
• 1 tablespoon evaporated milk (1/2 ounce), chilled
• 1 maraschino cherry, for garnish

1. Pour the coffee liqueur into a clear shot glass.
2. Very slowly add the evaporated milk in a thin stream; the drink should separate into 2 layers, with the milk on top.
3. Gently add the cherry and serve right away.
