The Best Cheesecake Ever!
- 1 34 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 13 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 12 cup margarine (melted)
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 5 eggs
- 3 (8 ounce) packages sour cream
- 13 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Stir together.
- Add melted margarine and stir together.
- Pat mix into bottom of the pan (it will only cover the bottom, there will be no side crust).
- Set to the side.
- With mixer on medium, blend together cream cheese and sugar.
- Add vanilla.
- Beat in eggs 1 at a time.
- Pour mixture into pan and bake at 350 for 45mins.
- Topping:.
- With mixer blend sour cream, sugar, and vanilla on medium until smooth.
- Once the cake is done baking, remove from oven and pour on the topping mix.
- Bake for an additional 5mins at 425.
- Let cool for 20mins then refrigerate overnight.
