Spinach & Prosciutto Lasagna

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Combine spaghetti sauce and prosciutto in a bowl; set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine spinach, ricotta, garlic, parmesan, salt and pepper.
  4. Spread some sauce on the bottom of square cake pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Lay 2 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  6. Spread 1/3 of the spinach mixture, then 1/3 of sauce mixture.
  7. Repeat two more times.
  8. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  9. Bake for 30-40 mins.
  10. Remove from oven.
  11. Allow to sit for 10-15 mins before slicing.
