Oatmeal Scotchies
- 34 cup flour
- 12 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 34 cup butter
- 14 cup sugar
- 14 cup sugar substitute
- 34 cup packed brown sugar
- 12 cup egg substitute
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups quakers oats
- 1 23 cups butterscotch chips
- Preheat over to 375F.
- Combine flour baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a small bowl.
- Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla in large mixing bowl.
- Gradually beat in flour mixture.
- Stir in oats and morsels.
- Drop rounded tablespoons onto baking sheets.
- Bake 9-10 minutes or until brown.
- Cool and enjoy !
