Salmon Dill Pasta
- 3 cups pasta, cooked and drained
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 12 cup onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 (13 1/2 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 cup leftover cooked salmon, flaked
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 14 teaspoon salt
- On medium heat, melt butter in a medium sauce pan; add onion, cook till softened.
- Add flour.
- Heat and stir till onion is coated.
- Gradually stir in evaporated milk.
- Heat and stir 5-10 minutes until boiling and thickened.
- Add remaining ingredients cook 2-3 minutes.
- Toss into cooked pasta and serve!
