Smoky Beef & Cellophane Noodles

  1. Place meat in a large resealable plastic bag & spoon in 4 tbsp of sauce.
  2. Squeeze bag to coat meat.
  3. Refrigerate to marinate for 2 hours.
  4. Soak noodles in hot water for 10 minutes and drain.
  5. Add 1 tbsp oil and brocolli to a heated skillet.
  6. Stirfry for 5 minutes.
  7. Add water and cover for 3 minutes or until brocolli is tender.
  8. Remove from skillet & reserve.
  9. Add 1 tbsp oil and meat to skillet & stirfry on high heat for 2 minutes.
  10. Blend broth, cornstarch and remaining grilling sauce, orange juice & zest together.
  11. Add to the skillet with the beef.
  12. Stir in broccoli and simmer for 1 minute or until thickened.
  13. Stir drained noodles into skillet for 1 minute.
  14. Serve immediately.
