Montreal Muffins

  1. In a large bowl, add All Bran Cereal and milk.
  2. Let sit for a minute.
  3. Stir.
  4. Add remaining ingredients.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Place mixture into paper muffins cups (large size), then into muffin tin.
  7. Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for approximately 21 minutes.
  8. Yield - 10 good sized muffins.
  9. These muffins freeze very well.
  10. Wrap each one individually in plastic wrap.
  11. They can be "zapped" in the microwave (from the freezer) for about 35 seconds on high.
