Spicy Asian Pork Burgers

  1. Combine pork, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, hot sauce and mint; form into 4 patties.
  2. Grill over medium-hot coals (or broil) for 10 to 12 minutes, turning once, until instant-read thermometer inserted in a burger reads 160 degrees F. Serve on buns.
