Thai Chilli Pickle Dip
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 2 birdseye chillies, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped lemon grass Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1 fresh kaffir lime leaf, finely chopped Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
- 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon lime juice Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
- 250g tub PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese, softened
- 125ml coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon prepared tomato and chilli pickle King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- Heat a little oil in a saucepan and cook onion and garlic for 5 minutes or until onion is soft.
- Stir in chilli, ginger, lemon grass, lime leaf and coriander and cook a further 10 minutes.
- Add lime juice, Philly*, coconut milk and tomato and chilli pickle.
- Stir over a low heat until smooth.
