Mother's Day Off Coffee Cake Recipe

• 2 c. all-purpose biscuit mix
• 2/3 c. lowfat milk
• 1/2 c. Quaker oats, uncooked
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1. Mix all of the coffee cake ingredients in a bowl just till all dry particles are moistened.
