Easy Aspic Recipe

• 1 pkg. lemon Jello
• 2 c. stewed tomatoes, liquid removed
• Juice from tomatoes plus water to make 2 c. in all.
• 2 tbsp. vinegar
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice

1. Dissolve Jello in heated liquids.
2. Pour into oiled mold.
3. Good with cucumber-lowfat sour cream sauce.
4. ENJOY!
